Like the title says my MSI afterburner and GPU-Z are saying totally different readings for GPU Core Clock and Memory Clock, also the additional issue is that my gpu is kind of stuck at these readings? they used to sit around 300ish when idle, but now they are at these readings provided in the image below

multiply the memory speed in gpu-z by 4 and oh look.. now it matches
they're displaying different things, absolute speed vs effective speed, technically the gpu-z number is true

yea, when I change the clock speed, nothing happens until im at -502 again, except instead of going down by like 500, it goes from 1467, to 195

alright
seemed to have fixed it, it was an issue on my part, I had power management mode in the control panel set to prefer maximum performance, turning it back to normal and resetting my laptop seemed to fix it, so thanks for the help, sorry if it seemed like a dumb issue to have lmao
