I recently built my new system and after building it I realized I never had activated windows with my old key on my new system. So I did that, left my computer shut it off and came back later. I’m now faced with a message on startup on the windows screen that says “Something happened and your pin isn’t available. Click to set up your pin again.”. However setting up a pin doesn’t work and there’s an option for sign in options but my old password doesn’t work. I assume something corrupted while using my old key. Does anyone have any ideas / solutions / experience with this?
