Where did you plug in the case fans?
Usually those pins are labeled SYS_FAN. You cant really plug them in the wrong way. U can also use CPU_FAN (unless your AIO guideline says to use that one for the AIO), but then you'll definitely have to adjust the curve in BIOS.
