Fan ramping up

Check if your fans have software to control the speed (mostly 4-pin conector fans) otherwise you might be able to limit the voltage in the bios to cap the speed altough when it will run hot the cap will stay where as it has software you should be able to add temp limits to the caps

cuz i have two pcs and i dont remember what fans are in which
