I have a Ryzen 9 5900X that is being bottlenecked because it quickly reaches 90c when under load and sometimes even idle. I have a Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler, and my case has plenty of airflow (Be Quiet Pure Base 500DX). I have reapplied thermal paste (not too much, not too little), and I clean my filters/fans/case regularly. From what I'm seeing online it shouldn't be operating at these temps. It is overclocked but it still hits 90c under load when not overclocked. Also scoring 3K points lower on cinebench than I normally would, although I haven't made any hardware/software changes, so I am attributing this to the temp bottleneck.

The room's ambient temps are 68F and air intake isn't blocked, and this is happening as of recent and i've had this pc for a year
