So I have a little over 190 for a new CPU. I was going to go for the r5 5600x. I found a new one for 140 USD. I'm coming from a r5 2600 with a stock cooler. Is this my best option at the moment.

I’d get the 5600 ( non-x varient ) if you can find it any cheaper than the 5600x

Not yet checked most places and its been a bust

Shipping is what's been killing me used wise usually tacks on ten to twenty and then I see a new x one for free shipping and it's basically the same price then why not spend 5 bucks for a little better performance
