How do i do graphs for AIO Liquid temp?

Do any of you guys have any good tips on how to create a fan curve for AIO CPU cooler when reading from Liquid temp? I am finding it difficult since the liquid temp goes up a lot slower than the CPU temp, therefore i guess the graph needs to be steeper, but i also imagine the liquid wont get nearly as hot, so i am not sure at what liquid temp to run at 100% etc

For a liquid cooler, you don't need the fan curve to be reactive.
