I accidentally deleted a backup folder from my desktop because of a OneDrive mishap...
Apparently they're just synced by default on a new Windows 11 installation when you sign in with your Microsoft account. When I deleted it all from my OneDrive account, it deleted the "hard copy" from my Desktop folder of my PC.
Is there a way to recover these deleted files without paying out $70+ for some GUI from EaseUS or Wondershare?

First and foremost, do not use that computer or download anything onto it directly. If you're on it now, turn it off and use another computer to find a tool and load a portable instance onto a USB
Any extra writes you do will potentially overwrite the portion of the drive you want to recover
