Re-seat the ram

And check all the cables if its a desktop

Any cable in particular? They all look fully seated to me

just push all of them in

#

make sure your boot order is correct

#

also maybe make a new windows isntalled key

#

also no need to re seat RAM or check cables

Okay, I did fix boot order so usb is first but still didn’t work. Almost done creating a new installer on a new flash drive

Yay that worked. Corrupt USB drive was the issue
