@ionic onyx I honestly recommend you take it completely apart and let them dry out in the open. As long as your PC wasn't powered on when it happened (or turned off immediately), there shouldn't be any damage.

Power off, disassemble as much as possible, dab surface moisture away where you can, leave to dry thoroughly for a few days.
Important bit people miss - Visually inspect all components prior to reassembly. If there are any signs of residue or watermarks, clean with IPA and leave to dry again
