Driver updates, and ensure that gsync is enabled on BOTH your monitor and in Nvidia control panel. It also sounds like you're running a dual monitor setup, so you need to make sure whichever monitor your running your game in is your main monitor. Windows icon > Settings > System > Display > (Scroll down) Make this my main monitor (Checkbox). Hope this helps.
