Hello ! I have a little problem. I've noticed that my performance in games (Cyberpunk and others) is lower than it should be. I've investigated on my own, and I've found a culprit, and I'd like to know what you think. First, my config:
Ryzen 9 5900X
XFX RX 6950 XT
B450 AORUS V2
32Gb 3200Mhz
NZXT H710i
CORSAIR RM750
I checked the GPU usage, it doesn't exceed 80% in game, and the power consumption is around 200w (instead of the normal 300W), so I blamed my low power supply, only, the power consumption and GPU usage climb to normal levels when I alt+tab!
Can you help me identify why this is happening?

It could be your power supply, but Corsair is a good brand, I don’t know why that would happen.
