windows freezing during boot

So id appreciate some tips so far ive tried different memory and reinstalling windows per rufus it booted up fully once but crashed as i was waiting for Windows update to download the updates
Os:win 10 fresh MBR/Bios install per rufus other than that used rufus presets
I3-2130
8gb corsair xms also tested on some single crucial 8gb stick and 2 kingston 2x2gb sticks

And a 250gig hdd
