About 12 hours ago I swapped my AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and it’s stock cooler with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900x and a Kraken 240. While I was at it I did a deep cleaning of my PC because it was long overdue and after plugging everything back in I get nothing. The only hint of love I get from it is the fans spinning, my gpu noise, the pump display turning on, and other RGB like the lights on the motherboard and ram. I am using a MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk, after checking the store page it shows no need for a bios update to support 5000 series. I’m just confused due to monitors not posting and the keyboard and mouse not receiving power. Any idea what could be wrong? If more info is needed I can provide

what mbd?
When going through the process I have the latest stable version of the bios installed on a drive. Is it safe to plug it in and run the flash bios while I have all of my components plugged in?
yes
Flashing bios did not do anything. I swapped my cpu back to the Ryzen 5 to see if I could post with it instead and it’s still refusing to post at all now
Any ideas?
Mobo still showing a cpu error
Double check connections, especially your CPU power, and 24pin mobo power. Also, first post with a new CPU on Ryzen can take a minute with memory training. How long have you let the CPU light stay on?
