AMD adrenalin update

so when i hover my mouse over it then it looks like this

but when i click then i get this

and no i cant put my mouse on set as min

now bc of this my gpu is stuck at 300 mhz

it doesnt update automaticaly

so i used to set like 1000 as min to avoid this

but now i cant do that
