did you upgrade or swap ram during the gpu updating process?
also, did you happen to unplug some other cable than your power connectors to your gpu?
did you turn off your power supply, or unplug it after turning your pc off?
while doing so, did you push down the notch that keeps your gpu in place?
it's a small plastic button like for your ram sticks, once your gpu is in the slot you have to push down the plastique button to remove your gpu
they are in the right slots right?
you didn't put them in different slots?
ok, don't worry
well, it maybe be your gpu, and the motherboard, you may have screwed the pcie slot
how many pcie slots do you have?
did you manage to get your gpu off the gpu slot?
I would hope so too, but not too, cus it's annoying if it's your gpu
hum
did you manage to get your new gpu out of the slot?
ahhhhh
when you turn on your pc, does you gpu fan spins?
can you take a pic with flash on of your gpu slot?

is your drive plugged in correctly?
do you run an nvme ssd, or a sata drive?
do you have integrated graphics on your cpu?
try to boot in windows, with your cpu
plug your display cable (display port or hdmi on your motherboard) and see if you have any post
hum 🤔
can you turn off you pc, and power supply, unplug your storage and plug it back on
Yes
just unplug it, and plug it again
