hi its been one year since i have this problem. i am using a Zotac Gtx 1060 3GB Card Purchased around 2018 i think or 2019. and last year it stopped display on HDMI at that time i just switched to DVI and its still on DVI. but recently i found this discord and thought if some could help me resolve this problem.

Before Making suggestions or advices i think i should fill you in with what i have already done.

  1. i have changed the HDMI cables ( i have 3 now just to be sure ), the Problem Persists - ( HDMI cable No signal )
  2. i tried to connect it with another device i.e. a TV but it showed the same error. - ( HDMI cable No signal )
  3. then i got my self a Display port converter because i use BenQ RL2755 Montior Which doesnt have display port.
it ran through display port for i think 6 months and when i upgraded my PC Recently from i5 - 3470 to i5-12400f and MOBO asrock z77 extreme pro to gigabyte b660M ds3h dd4 the display ports also seems to be gone now. ( HDMI cable No signal )
  4. i had once tried to OC my Gfx with MSI afterburn but i dont think it was ever working coz my stupid ass never kept the MSI after burner Running in background or had the settings to auto run on windows startup ( i was a noob at OC so i never messed with it again )
  5. i used to run my monitor on 75Hz, default is 60Hz.
  6. right now after learning a few things i recently optimized my graphic card with MSI burner ( i have attached the settings in the PIC

Now my display is only dependent on DVI ( i dont know for how long )

things i am concerned about

  1. is my graphic card about to die ?
  2. if yes then can it be repaired ?
  3. is it worth getting it repaired ?
  4. can there be some other issue with it ?
  5. what else can i do to resolve this problem.

will wait for your responses.

Really appreciate your very detailed post in the Nvidia panel does it recognize when a device is plugged in and you just have no signal? Same for the device it’s plugged into? Have you tried a different display port adapter display port adapter do fail more frequently than GPUs
