Biometrics folder in Local Group Policy Editor missing

I want to set up Windows Hello with fingerprint but when I want to set it up, it won't start. I tried updating, disabling, uninstalling the sensor from the Device Manager, but nothing helped. I now see that in LGPE there is no biometrics folder in Administative Templates/Windows Components branch and I would like to ask how to fix it
