Sorry to be a pain, however I have been trying to get my USB-C port to actually be able to read my elgato capture card for a while, however nothing seems to be working and I'm beginning to suspect that I may in fact have the incorrect drivers installed that may be causing the issue. the port itself can charge my earphones up, so there is power going through the port, however when I go to plug in my elgato into there or my iPhone, there is no response, the elgato doesn't even light up to power on. is there an easy fix for this? I've tried updating my bios and firmware and checking to see if all my drivers are up to date, however there is just nothing atm. I will attach the image of my Device management so that may helpfully help somewhat.
