tried to uninstall realtek audio console because my audio wasnt working and i was hoping to get it back, the driver is here but i don't hear anything from my headset, so i need to reinstall it or something, please help me im begging you

go to motherboard manufacturers website download chipset drivers and then audo drivers maybe even the lan drivers.

are you using the front headset jacks on the case; or the rear?

Depending on the exact chipset you may have to install the Realtek app from the MS store to access the full configuration. I'd also pull up sound settings in control panel and make sure it didn't default to the AMD audio output, i.e. your monitor via HDMI.
