is applying Conductonaught on a non delided AMD 7950x a good idea?

I really want to get efficient heat transfer to the three fan radiator AIO liquid cooler but I want to be sure that applying this liquid metal is a good option I also have kryonaught and a gasket for safer application I don't mind taking a bit of risk but I just wanna be sure that liquid metal won't eat my CPU or the coper block head
