While building my pc when I put in 2 ram sticks a yellow motherboard light would turn on and with 1 it was green and would boot up into bios any help?

One stick could be dead, you could have a bad memory controller, dead channel, or a bad CPU.
If you've tried it in other slots, it's most likely a dead dimm

The cpu is brand new and I’ve tried a1 b1
A2 b2 etc
And I got the ram yestersya
