need help foxing a Windows 11 SSD

I tried cloning the disk and somehow it ended up only booting once. I wiped the original Windows SSD thinking I was good to go, but I guess I wiped the bootloader?

Anyway, how can I keep this disk (Disk 2) working without losing my data? The Windows startup repair util and the bootbcd/bootrec commands are not working for me.

I have a feeling I am going to be forced to reinstall...

Right now I am loading up 22H2 into my bootup drive and going to attempt recovery repair with that version as the version I was using before was much older.
