I downloaded the latest BIOS update from my motherboard's website, unzipped the folder and these are the files inside.
The last time I updated my BIOS, I had to transfer the file(s) to a USB Memory Stick and install the update through BIOS.
I see there is a Windows Batch File included this time. Would running it install the update?
I'm kind of scared of just running it and risking messing up my BIOS.
This is what the readme file says by the way.

With updating your bios, there's a bigger risk of running into issues updating it than not updating it.
Best bet would be to leave it alone, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
If your still set on updating it for some reason or another, tell us what motherboard you got so the next guy who comes along can help you.
