So I recently found asus optimal in my bios, saw the performance increase it says it can give but was wondering if there is any side effects? such as overheating or something like that.
my specs are AMD Ryzen 3 3100 4 core, 16 gigs 3200MHz memory and Radeon RX 570 16 gigs also I have a stock ryzen cooler!

just run PBO and maybe if you want more just tune ram
pbo relaxes mainboard power limits
and if your in the bios check what tFAW and the tRRD are at
those are set realy bad on lots of boards or xmp kits
