I got an western Digital black sn770 500gb gaming ssd(that’s what’s it’s called just for specifications) when I installed it in my pc it shows up on my bios and on the device manager so that means it getting power to it. And I even downloaded the western digital software to see if it even shows up. It shows up on even using the software but when I look in storage management or in files it doesn’t show so I can’t use it. Please help. And if possible calling would be appreciated.

you prob need to assign a drive letter and initialize the drive.
try this
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management/initialize-new-disks
I can’t initialize it because it won’t show in disk management
It shows on bios but doesn’t show in disk management

it also shows in device manager
but not on disk management or files settings
do you happen to have it set up as raid in bios? - try looking in storage spaces if this is windows pro - if its home you are kind of screwed. change it from raid to achi in bios. which might break your windows install.
