do you hear a click noise or something similar when you turn on your pc?

can you try booting without the case?

can you test your psu

thats not how that works lol, just because it can "handle" the pc, doesent mean it can be faulty under certain loads

im not asking for proof that your system has a low power draw i want to figure out what is causing the issue. have you tried a new power supply or the other motherboard you have?

you bought the motherboard recently?

so then your old motherboard is the issue, rma it if you still have warranty

so return it, if your not in your return window anymore then tough luck i guess

yeah which you cant do anything about, the best thing you can do is return it to get your money back
