Go to file explorer and search the name of the file. You can also try uninstalling ahk to see if it will disable itself then reinstall the program.

Auto hot key is the program you are using, uninstall it to get it disabled then reinstall
Check task manager look at services and find autohotkey services and disable them

if ahk is uninstalled, how do you know if it's still running? can you post a screenshot?

i would next check all the startup entries ... see if you can pin down when the AHK is getting launched and from where? have you tried just terminating the ahk processes from taskman?
