#newly built PC not starting

hello, I have recently built my first pc and only an led on my motherboard is on. There is no spinning CPU fan, GPU fan, or case fans. My RGB ram is also not lighting up. Below is a picture of the build, I would appreciate any help as i do not want to rebuild the whole thing just to find a small issue.

Noted but first thing is to ask what did you do to trohnleshoot?

Does it go on whe. You press the button?

Also you seem to have 1 cable in your gpu

It needs a second one as well

Top left corner on the motherboard does it have a cable there as well?
