If all you did is open a link on Safari iOS, and you didn't download anything, you're fine. Don't overthink it.

Safari does not expose your cookies to other sites. Cookie-stealing scripts rely on access to your local storage, which can only be done if you run an executable on the device, or explicitly give an app full access to your storage. However, iOS keeps that shit locked tight, even if you grant file access to an app
Odds are that site was attempting other nefarious deeds like phising your login/credit card info. But if you didn't enter any info in the site, you are fine
Exactly what Sanic says nothing needed to do.
Again, don't overthink this. And don't expect any app or service to give you a 100% firm yes-or-no answer on whether it was a "Safe" link, because "Safe" is a very broad term. It may not technically contain any malware in its local code, but may be trying to do (or lead you to) other malicious things.
This happens all the time on naughty sites. Just close the tabs and move on.
Another thing to add, all apps on iOS are sandboxed, so what happens in safari stays in safari.
