Assuming this is a PSU issue? Computer was fine last night, shut down for the night, went to turn it on today and every 10 seconds or so it does this.

Ryzen 5 5600g, AMD RX6600 , B550 DS3H, Gigabyte P750G PSU
A very low whining noise can be heard but not really picked up on the phone microphone

Tried it one more time, the "false starts" were a lot quicker and the lights on the fans turned on/off just as fast. Going to attempt to replace both under warranty
