Is the laptop OK?

Also, i really enjoy sentence structure. It gives me warm and fuzzies.

I mean its kinda unusual for something to happen to the screen. And for it to effect the computer.

Theres 2 possibilities that come to mind.

1: when the screen got hit it pulled the cord and the GPU got unseated. Unlikely. But i guess its possible?

2: VERY unlikely. But. If the screen got damaged it could have sent some sort of magical power surge back to the GPU causing damage.

With desktops [more common using spinning HDDs] if you hit the desk hard enough the PC could suffer a BSOD or outright just freeze/turn off. [this is why a lot of rage gamers tend to very quickly vanish while streaming] Laptops are built to be moved and therefore are way more resistant to movement. If you ever hit your laptop again and it has a BSOD and can boot-up again, DO NOT HIT IT! You're very lucky you didn't manage to kill the laptop. It's one thing to break hardware, it's another to turn your Li-I battery into Satan's fluffy pillow of fire and death.
