you can maybe try to use a very strong glue to a larger piece of metal, but you have to be extremely careful that no glue even touch a bit of the thread
maybe with the mobo upside down and applying it to the broken extremity of a needle or something similar, very small and hard (tip of a screw, broken nail/pin, etc.)

nail should work, but don't glue the tip to that, use the side so you have some leverage to unscrew the broken off screw out
or just leave it in and tape the nvme ssd down to hold it in place

You can also use pliers to grab the broken screw if there's enough of it to get ahold, and just undo it.
