with the file folder
ive done this plenty of times
you plug in your drive with an adapter, plug that adapter into a pc that can already run windows then just go into file explorer and grab the files
a Windows Recovery Environment command used to repair critical disk structures
yes
try it

if it failed already then using an adapter is the next best thing
well what drive do you have? sata or nvme?
do you have this?
or this?
your in the us?

SATA to USB 3.0 adapter cable enables quick access to a 2.5" SATA I/II/III hard drive or SSD to your computer with UASP. Plug and Play: no drivers needed to install before use. With speeds up to 5Gbps 3.0, it is super fast and convenient, which reverses compatible with USB 2.0. it's a good choice...
there are both examples for nvme and sata
😄
