I have a Dell XPS 15 and the Bluetooth has straight up disabled and I am not sure where to turn it back on. When I go into settings, I do not see an option to enable/disable Bluetooth.

I think I found a fix online and supposedly the driver was bad, and I got a new driver

Go to device manager, find the bluetooth adapter/chip, and Re-enable it.
