How can you get in task mgr when everything is freezing?

Check bios, if you can to see any temperatures of the CPU.

there is more you are not telling me 🤷♂️. As in what changed since this happened?

so you could just have a bad component
freezing either means bad GPU , or bad drivers 🤔 or something overheating or bad memory
🤷♂️ One of these would solve your issue, which one no clue!
- use DDU and reinstall a new driver from your GPU manufacturer.
- bad GPU , try with another well known working GPU and see if the issue still occurs. if it does its not the GPU but some other component.
- reseat Memory. could be making bad connection.
- use memtest86+ (you need a USB stick for this) and see if it comes up with any errors
no overclocking happening? if this is the case remove all overclocking as they might be unstable.
