So whenever I watch YouTube on my second monitor in full screen view the video will stutter a lot like the video itself goes down below 10 fps until it will just infinitely buffer until I exit full screen where there's 0 problems. My pc can most definitely run the application, have the newest updates for everything that I can think of. I run a i9 9900k, 32gb of ram and a 2080ti. internet speed's roughly at 45 - 50mbps so plenty for 4k yt.
anyone have any ideas?
the video is 1080p 60fps but dropping to under 30 but in default view its constantly over or at 60 fps

gonna need more context, is it just YouTube, or GX as a whole, or any application running YouTube

the rest of gx is smooth, just YT lagging when watching any embedded videos

have you tried running chrome or edge on youtube in the same way

id like to keep it to opera because of extensions makes it easier with workflow

i’d say try it to see if the same issues occur, if they don’t then it’s opera and would say just do a complete wipe and reinstall of opera, but if problem still occurs on other browsers it lies deeper

the same video on edge runs without problems

so it’s most likely a opera problem… i’d suggest uninstalling opera gx completely removing all files and reinstalling it
