Pc shut down

My pc suddenly restarted again. I was on my browser, did nothing particular.
No overheat or anything, nothing weird was happening, just a restart out of nowhere.
I added the event viewer log.

a few others have posted the same error before

iirc the issue is the the motherboard and cpu no longer communicate correctly for some reason
