Your fan has two cables coming out of it.
One of them, the four-pin one with the odd guiderails on one side, is for power/fan speed.
The other, a weird asymmetrical pinout, is for the RGB
The software you need to use for controlling the color is entirely dependent on where you plugged that RGB cable into. If it's a plug on your motherboard, you'll have to get the software on your motherboard's support page
The fan/cooler itself has no way of communicating through your computer, so no other software can control it, except the one directly controlling the pins you plugged that cable into.
