What video ports are on your Mobo?
What are the specs?
Have you tried reinstalling the os? (Assuming files, game saves, etc are backed up)
Yes
Uhhh, what’s your drive type
2.5” ssd?
Or nvme
Oh
Lol ok
Did you try hitting F1?
reinstalling the os again?
Make sure the os is fully installed before removing the installation media
Yeah, reinstall windows again
Hmmmmm
Do you have a laptop or something to recreate the installation media?
You need the installation media on a usb flash drive to reinstall windows
But you said it was installed on an ssd
Hold on
I’ll send you a video that should help
Everyone always shows you HOW to build a computer... but here is what you do AFTER its built!

Are you using windows 10 or 11?
Ok
There’s a video about how to install windows 10
Hope it helps
If you don’t know how to make an installation media usb, just download the windows 10 tool on a laptop or other pc and follow the instructions on how to create the installation media
It should
Can you take a picture of it?
Can you use the keyboard?
Hmmmmmm
Idk what to say to that
Oh no
yeah because the usb has the windows install on it
hmmmmmmmmmmm, that is really strange
So you are unable to install windows?
That would be the next step
do you know what your motherboard model is?
i would need to know that to help you with the bios update
could you send a picture of the motherboard?
its a prebuilt?
whats the brand
did you get a virus that bricked your bios??
sounds like a prebuilt to me, could you take a picture of it?
yeah........ig thats not a prebuilt per say, but a workstation, which is arguably worse because dell and hp lock down their workstations even more than their prebuilts
i dont think a bios update will work for that
it may be an ssd issue
i wouldnt know though
