I must admit that my windows system management knowledge isnt the best. So i'll need some advice what to do and what to avoid. Explanations would be helpful.

No, its handled automatically by Windows
you should not worry
The cache indeed should be cleared by Windows whenever you restart
but either do sysmain/sysfetch or any other factor
if so, its sort of like "preloading apps" in the cache
so whatever apps u launch, launch faster
but in short, you shouldnt worry about cache, non/paged pool etc
