I’m newer to pc building but my pc one day just stopped turning on I changed my bois battery and tested my power supply and all works fine my light on grafic card shows that my 24 pin is working fine idk is this a dead cpu

Can any one help me cus I’m more lost then lost

What do you define as turning on? What happens when you press the power-button? Does it just do nothing or is it turning on but not posting or turning on and posting but not loading you operating-system?

@solar yew I define not turning on as pressing power button and nothing gets power no fan spin no beep no nothing

Only indicater of power is my grafic card light comes on and that’s it but it’s on 24/7 on or off

This is tricky... Try removing hardware one at a time. Start with storage and then go to more critical components. It might be a short. In this case the powersupply refuses to power the rest of the system (which is a good thing). Reseating the cpu could also do the trick. Have you got another psu to test? or a different system to put your psu into to test the PSU?

if ur gpu and psu works then I would say prob motherboard issue or cpu issue

Yeah I have also tried to unplug everything down to my 24 pin and cpu 4 pin and sadly still won’t even start just like that
