Also, does your motherboard have any kind of post code or post LEDs? Either a little numerical display or a series of four LEDs that indicate what the computer is trying to boot

Due to clearance issues and spaghetti cords I'm not able to get any good shots
For my old build, it would sometimes do this but eventually would boot. But after just now building this PC, it currently is just stuck like this
It doesn't post, it doesn't do anything, just sits like that
At first my thought was that it was my 1080, but after swapping my GPU it still does this, swapping the mobo, ram, everything, I have made a full upgrade of everything except my psu
