If it's cool enough, the fans will stop spinning for better noise. 0 rpm mode

i know that but the other fans are spinning and in cyberpunk benchmark only the first fan is not spinning

Is the fan that isn't spinning the one farthest from the GPU die?

It might be cool enough there that it doesn't spin for the whole run

You can test to see if it's defective by setting a fixed rpm at 100% does it spin then?

tried that too now im gonna take out the gpu and try to take out the fan clean it and put it back in becose it looks like its trying to spin but dust isnt letting it

nah the fans spinning

when i turn on the pc and all but it spins for like 6 sec then stops and then starts
