it shuts down multiple times a day regardless of what i am doing, being idle, gaming, watching youtube. my monitor screen turns black and i am unable to make it turn on. my pc fans also become very loud and the lights are still on. however if i am in a call with someone i am able to hear and talk to them still. anyone have any idea what this problem is and what to do to fix it?
