Best way is to uncouple graphics card put it in a seperate box 📦 if you have the original box the better

What case do you got glass or iron? Since glass cases are easy to break if wrong tension is put on them so they have to be cleared or put inside a big box if you have one. And added with bubble wrap if it’s glass.

If it’s a simple box pc nothing fancy no glass just put it in the back of the car and make sure it does not get crushed. For the screens if not curved put it flat inside the backseat of the car. Or loosse anywhere. Make a bag of cables and put alll the peripherals in one bag and close it with some tape to make sure nothing gets out

That’s at least how I would do it. If I could get my pc back at the chair of the car I try to put it there since it’s easy not to move and would not damage
