Bought MOBO from Amazon, it's the B450M STEEL LEGEND from asrock, possible dead CPU (ryzen 3 2200g) 2x4 gb of vengeance ltx and a 1060 gtx 6g gpu, the pcu is reused from an HP pavilion P6000 series and was working just earlier and it's clearly giving power since it does turn on and give my mobo it's lights, and everything else, but it's just not posting and after 10-15 seconds of running it shuts off and turns back on and repeats the process, no troubleshooting lights are on
