Oftentimes, I can't open Nvidia control panel and my contrast and digital saturation settings aren't in effect.
To fix this, I try to open Nvidia control panel and then monitor the Nvidia container processes in task manager. Whichever container suddenly has a large increase in CPU usage I delete from processes, and then everything works.
Does anyone know why?
