I reinstalled windows and after a couple days I went to change the ram speed. After exiting out of the bios the computer froze for a couple minuets and after reseting I noticed a red cpu light on the ez debug led is on and the dram light is orange or yellowish and is on. I reset the cmos and took out cmos battery also tried to flash three different versions of the bios and the lights have not changed I have took everything out and reset then other cpu cause I'm waiting on the thermal paste. I checked all the cables. All the rgbs work and all the fans work and water cooler works. I also try different sticks of ram and that didn't help either.
