I've had this headset for about a year, and the last few months it will have these sporadic fits of disconnecting and reconnecting. Sometimes it's once or twice a day and then works fine for a while, sometimes it's a near constant disconnected connected loop that lasts for a while.

As you can imagine, this is beyond annoying. I was wondering if there may be anything I could try to at least help with the issue.

Have you tried:
Downloading its software and updating?
Firmware update?
Troubleshooting with another headset to make sure it's your headset and not your PC?

No software to download, haven't tried firmware, other headsets, even of the same brand work okay.

The issue may have been having another USB 3.0 device too close to the Wireless receiver dongle. As most headsets operate within the 2.4ghz range and coincidentally, noise coming from usb 3.0 devices also operates in the 2.4ghz range

I've moved the wireless receiver dongle to the front panel usb 3.0 ports to see if the issue is resolved. Will return with the official diagnosis after a few days to a week of playtests. Thank you for your time
